Product Development

In cooperation with the customers, Abson-Industry’s team of engineers and technicians solve demanding tasks regarding, e.g. design and product development.

In connection with product development, work is always performed with high precision in the documentation, all tasks are presented in 3D and the interaction with our suppliers always provides a constructive approach to how we optimise, strengthen and realise a good idea.

Often we evaluate whether other materials can be advantageously used for a product in order to ensure the correct price level. Other times we fine-tune the product in order to make it better/stronger.  

When a prototype is developed, we test the product in many areas in order to ensure a lasting quality of the product.

This may be:

• Strength against breakage (traction, pressure, variation, etc.)
• Surface (salt haze test)
• Material content (RoHS test)
• And other tests under, e.g. the CE labelling.

In the development phase, we also ensure, legally, that patenting problems do not occur.

In special development projects, we cooperate with an industrial designer so that a high level of design for newly developed products is ensured.
